Terms of Service

1. Who we are. DigitalProved is operated by Rodwan Elgaraali, based in Ireland. Contact: support@digitalproved.com. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Website content. All articles and content are general information for healthcare-AI and digital-health professionals. They are not medical advice, and you should not rely on them for decisions about any person’s health.

3. Product review services. DigitalProved provides independent assessments of healthcare-AI and digital-health products, delivered as a prioritised written report and recorded walkthrough, normally within five working days of receiving product access and background materials.

• The client must provide working product access and accurate background information, and is responsible for its own product validation, regulatory compliance, and business decisions.
• A review is an independent assessment, not a certification, approval, or guarantee of safety. The client must not describe it as such, and must not imply endorsement by any medical council, regulator, or AI platform vendor.

4. Fees and payment. Fees are as stated on the Request a Product Review page or as agreed in writing before work begins. Invoices are payable within 14 days. Work begins once any agreed upfront payment is received.

5. Intellectual property. Review reports are prepared for the client’s internal use and may not be republished, resold, or shared publicly without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, DigitalProved’s total liability arising from any review or from use of this website is limited to the fee paid for the review concerned. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business, or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

7. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

8. Changes. We may update these terms; the version in force at the time of engagement applies.
